This involves the designing, building, testing, and manufacturing of metal tooling used for the manufacture of plastic parts. Although tools are made from hardened steel, the nature of the plastics/polymers used will cause wear over time. Our expert facilities allow us to carry out full refurbishment and modifications on any existing plastic injection mould tool. This includes the repair of damaged tools and any design modifications. We can also reverse engineer older plastic mould tools if no CAD is available and, if required, assist in the manufacture of completely new tooling.

Our State-of-the-Art Machinery
Alongside our impressive fleet of EDM machinery, we also have a fully equipped tool room which allows us to provide the more traditional engineering services of milling, turning, grinding & drilling to our customers. We also have three Hurco CNC machining centres in our main workshop.
